Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized styling advice, suggesting complementary items and complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using POS systems
- Maintain stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and operational excellence on the sales floor
- Showcase multiple styling applications to encourage customers to explore new products and express their personal aesthetic
- Reinforce customer choices and foster brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, and kneeling on the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience with luxury or lifestyle brands and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Specific formal education beyond high school is not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
