Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase creative product applications and encourage customers to explore new styles and personal expressions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
- Drive results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail setting
- Collaborative team player with a positive, customer-centric mindset
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency as required by market)
