Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
  • Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase creative product applications and encourage customers to explore new styles and personal expressions
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless point-of-sale checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail setting
