Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that celebrate individual style
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and expertise to encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Develop awareness of social media trends and demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion or luxury goods
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong English proficiency
- Demonstrated social media awareness and comfort with digital retail channels
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or customer-facing advisory roles is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal educational requirements specified.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
