Kate Spade New York is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (Stylist) in Orlando, FL at Orlando International Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct consultative styling sessions to help customers define and express personal style; assemble complete looks and recommend add‑ons.
- Listen actively and ask targeted questions to determine needs, provide tailored recommendations, and close sales.
- Use storytelling and product expertise to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver an efficient, seamless checkout experience and maintain accuracy with POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and replenishment.
- Employ creativity to present multiple ways to wear merchandise and inspire customers to explore new styles.
- Participate in omnichannel and virtual selling activities; engage with customers via social media and brand platforms as required.
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and team performance.
- Adhere to physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and mobility on the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak periods and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical duties required by retail operations (lifting, bending, climbing).
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrable selling or styling experience within fashion or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related training or certification considered a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
