Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
  • Drive sales through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and accurate POS transactions
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building customer loyalty

Qualifications
