Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks that express customers' personal style
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, consultative checkout experience
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support team performance
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, seasonal peaks, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail selling environment

- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
