Kate Spade in North Conway, New Hampshire seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver styling and sales support in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, establish rapport and demonstrate confident product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and provide personalized styling advice to create complete looks and suggest add-ons.
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products, leveraging storytelling to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute seamless checkout and POS transactions.
- Maintain operational excellence in stockroom organization, visual presentation and inventory handling.
- Reinforce customer choices to foster loyalty and invite repeat visits.
- Contribute to team performance through constructive feedback and collaboration.
- Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks regularly, including lifting (25–50 lbs), bending and climbing as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated ability to engage customers, provide styling advice and drive sales through consultative selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
