Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and act as a trusted stylist to discover and articulate individual customer style.
- Deliver personalized styling advice and assemble complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through storytelling, upselling and suggesting complementary items to create multi-category purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure a seamless checkout experience while maintaining transaction accuracy.
- Maintain visual and operational standards: merchandise presentation, stockroom organization and inventory replenishment.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual consultations; proactively engage customers via brand-appropriate social channels when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Perform light-to-moderate physical tasks regularly (lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), including bending, climbing and stockroom maneuvering.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience demonstrating customer service and sales performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency appropriate for the market served.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including regular lifting and stockroom duties.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated success in selling and customer advisory roles preferred. Familiarity with omnichannel retailing and virtual selling techniques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or styling coursework/certification preferred.
