Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete looks that reflect customer lifestyle
  • Leverage creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging exploration of new aesthetics
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting guests to return and building lasting brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and demonstration of product attributes
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and sales floor presentation
  • Work a flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment

  • Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom effectively
