Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into existing wardrobes, encouraging customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling product storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, POS transaction accuracy, and sales floor presentation

Qualifications
