- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, transfers, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Support store operations: maintain boutique housekeeping, assist with fittings, and participate in store opening/closing procedures.
- Adhere to loss-prevention policies and ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Contribute to in-store events and product launches, and participate in training to deepen product and brand knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level: 0–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience preferred. Prior boutique or premium brand experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
