Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating deep product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary items to create complete looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS system transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
  • Reinforce customer choices and create positive experiences that encourage repeat visits

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
