Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to provide tailored styling recommendations
- Provide creative styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and consultative selling techniques
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Develop familiarity with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques while leveraging social media awareness
- Give and receive feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with team members
- Reinforce customer satisfaction and loyalty by celebrating their purchases and inviting repeat visits
- Meet flexible scheduling requirements including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods including holidays
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience with proven ability to close transactions
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency at a professional level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands, with demonstrated success in consultative selling and customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
