Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Listen actively and ask insightful questions to understand individual customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create cohesive outfits
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
  • Maintain store operations including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandise presentation
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Execute omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while building social media awareness
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to support team excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience demonstrating strong selling fundamentals
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in English (or local language per market)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
