Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that reflect individual customer vision
  • Employ creativity to showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new and innovative looks
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless, consultative checkout experiences
  • Reinforce customer confidence in their selections and cultivate loyalty through celebratory engagement
