Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to discerning clients to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and relationship management.
- Execute clienteling activities using CRM tools: follow-up, appointment setting and personalised outreach to nurture prospects.
- Operate POS and complete accurate transactions, including cash handling, returns and exchange procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stockroom operations, assist with inventory counts, receiving and loss-prevention best practices.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales; experience in luxury, contemporary or premium fashion preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to meet measurable sales KPIs and adapt to a target-driven environment.
- Availability for retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.

Minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
