Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch service to a diverse client base, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through expert clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively converting opportunities and promoting full-price selling and complementary product pairings.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window dressing and on-floor product presentation in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain detailed client and transaction records within CRM.
  • Support inventory control: receive stock, perform cycle counts, manage replenishment and participate in loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate with store management on local marketing initiatives, events and VIP appointments; represent the brand at client events as required.
  • Adhere to brand policies and retail operating procedures, ensuring compliance with cash handling, security and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or luxury accessories environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver refined client experiences.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transaction handling and inventory tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional presentation and a service-oriented demeanor aligned with luxury retail standards.

Experience
