Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to cultivate long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to uphold boutique standards and maximise product appeal.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately, and perform cash handling and reconciliation.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock rotation and basic inventory reporting.
- Support loss prevention procedures and maintain store security and presentation standards.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues; assist with onboarding, product training and day‑to‑day coaching.

Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail in merchandise presentation.
- Reliable availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Experience
Typically requires at least 2–4 years of retail experience, with prior exposure to luxury or premium brands preferred. Experience coaching or mentoring peers is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus.
