Role & Responsibilities

  • Support loss prevention procedures and maintain store security and presentation standards.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues; assist with onboarding, product training and day‑to‑day coaching.
  • Participate in store events, client appointments and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented, client‑first mindset.
  • Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail in merchandise presentation.
  • Reliable availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Experience
