Role & Responsibilities

- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and manage client data within the CRM to support repeat business.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging, and regular cycle counts.
- Participate in store events, promotions and local marketing initiatives; assist with client outreach and follow-up.
- Adhere to loss-prevention protocols, store policies, and compliance requirements while modelling brand service behaviors.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet operational objectives and train or mentor junior associates when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury, premium or fashion accessories environments; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; eligible to work in the country of employment.
- Comfortable using retail technology (POS/CRM) and following visual merchandising and operational procedures.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand standards; ability to represent the Kate Spade aesthetic and values.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail sales experience in luxury, premium or fashion accessory categories; experience with clienteling and hitting measurable sales KPIs preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or post-secondary studies in fashion, merchandising or business is advantageous.
