Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to cultivate high-value client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and effective clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and convey brand story and styling guidance to clients.
- Operate POS, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, back-stock organization and inventory accuracy.
- Participate in store events, local clienteling initiatives and targeted outreach to grow the client base.
- Comply with loss-prevention procedures and contribute to a safe, professional store environment.
- Mentor and support junior team members when required and contribute to shift handovers and team communications.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience — preferably within luxury, premium or aspirational brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling capability.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country and capacity to perform essential retail tasks (standing for extended periods, light lifting).

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium-brand boutique environments and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance and strong client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or fashion is advantageous.
