Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, boutique-level customer service that cultivates long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Manage daily store operations including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to brand standards.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate features, craftsmanship and provenance to clients.
- Build and maintain the client book: follow up on leads, schedule appointments, manage pre- and post-sales communications and support bespoke requests.
- Support inventory control, loss-prevention procedures and accurate reporting of sales and customer interactions.
- Contribute to store events, seasonal floor moves and promotional activity to maximise traffic and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion house.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high-touch customer service and generate measurable sales results.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with boutique retail KPIs (conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction).
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion; demonstrable sales results and client development history are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
