Kate Spade in New York is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service and create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Kate Spade’s brand DNA.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable client base using follow-up, CRM tools and bespoke outreach.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and translate features into lifestyle-led selling propositions.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation meets brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team on inventory management, stock replenishment and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse, high-value clientele.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional presentation and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.

Experience
