Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized client service and create memorable in-store experiences that reflect Kate Spade’s brand DNA.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Build and maintain a sustainable client base using follow-up, CRM tools and bespoke outreach.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and translate features into lifestyle-led selling propositions.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure boutique presentation meets brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on inventory management, stock replenishment and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse, high-value clientele.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within a fashion or luxury environment, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
