Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Kate Spade’s luxury positioning; build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of product categories.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain high standards of cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support store merchandising standards: execute visual displays, maintain product presentation, perform stock replenishment and manage inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to loss prevention and compliance by following company policies, security procedures and standards for product protection.
- Collaborate with the store team on daily operations, opening/closing procedures and housekeeping to ensure a premium in-store environment.
- Participate in product training, promotional initiatives and brand events to elevate client experience and knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on client trends, inventory needs and visual merchandising effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable retail sales results in specialty or luxury fashion environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric, service-oriented mindset and polished professional presentation.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic numeric aptitude for sales reconciliation and reporting.
- Availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Preferred: 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury, premium, or specialty retail with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and proven client development skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary credential in retail, fashion merchandising or related field preferred.
