Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to a diverse and often high-value clientele, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, strategic upselling and conversion of store traffic into revenue.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintain cash handling best practices.
- Maintain the boutique environment to brand standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, product presentation and stock replenishment.
- Support inventory control activities including stock counts, receiving, tagging and loss-prevention procedures.
- Use CRM and clienteling tools to record client interactions, preferences and purchase history; leverage data to drive repeat business and appointments.
- Contribute to store operations: opening/closing procedures, shift coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members when required, modelling brand standards and service behaviours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished professional presentation appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country.

Mid-level retail experience in luxury or premium fashion—typically 2+ years—demonstrating consistent sales performance, client relationship building and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
