Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
  • Execute clienteling activities including follow‑ups, appointment scheduling and management of client data.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system and handle transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation, signage and inventory levels reflect brand directives.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to a cohesive store environment by collaborating with colleagues and assisting in onboarding and informal coaching of peers.
  • Represent the brand at events or trunk shows as required and provide detailed product knowledge to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric demeanour.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and drive conversion through consultative selling.
  • Comfort with point‑of‑sale systems, cash handling and basic store administration.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • High regard for visual standards, attention to detail and store housekeeping.

Experience
