Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

  • Mentor or coach junior sales staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion or retail preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; demonstrable sales performance.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to measurable KPIs.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United States (if based in New York) and ability to perform retail duties on the sales floor.
