Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and strategic upselling.
  • Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, product presentation and brand storytelling to reflect seasonal directives.
  • Execute accurate point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges while ensuring compliance with cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage stockroom activities including receiving, inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor moves and administrative tasks.
  • Provide product knowledge and styling advice across categories and participate in client events and trunk shows.
  • Mentor or coach junior sales staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion or retail preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands; demonstrable sales performance.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to measurable KPIs.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United States (if based in New York) and ability to perform retail duties on the sales floor.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion or related field preferred.
