- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card reconciliation.
- Support inventory control: receive, stock, cycle-count and report discrepancies; participate in loss-prevention protocols.
- Assist with in-store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments to drive traffic and cultivate high-value clients.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, stockroom organisation and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 2+ years within luxury, premium or fashion-focused boutiques.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
- Polished interpersonal skills with professional presentation and confident communication.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (if applying for the New York role).

Typically 2+ years of hands-on retail experience within luxury or premium fashion; proven ability to grow client book and consistently meet sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred.
