Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively build and maintain long‑term client relationships through clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Support inventory control including stock replenishment, transfers and loss prevention procedures.
  • Contribute to store performance by participating in product launches, promotional events and local marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior sales colleagues; act as a resource on product knowledge and client service best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a luxury or premium retail environment with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and retain high‑value customers.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to meet boutique scheduling needs.
  • Proven cash handling accuracy and familiarity with retail point‑of‑sale procedures.
  • Legally authorised to work in the country of employment.
