Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through attentive service, tailored styling advice and proactive clienteling to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, up-selling and cross-selling of the full product assortment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards on the sales floor, windows and fixtures in accordance with seasonal directives and execution guides.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately for sales, returns and exchanges; ensure correct cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving shipments and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Support loss-prevention initiatives and adhere to company policies on product security, refund authorisations and store safety.
  • Collaborate with the store team to onboard and mentor junior colleagues and to contribute to a positive, goal-oriented retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion (recommended 2+ years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, client-focused sales approach.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Professional presentation and a thorough knowledge of current fashion and accessory trends.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have sold fashion accessories or worked in a luxury or premium brand environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or luxury brand certifications are advantageous.
