Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, clienteling and CRM updates.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; maintain floor readiness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS, handle cash and card payments, and reconcile daily sales.
- Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; perform stock counts and assist with inventory control.
- Support loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing tasks and ad-hoc operational duties.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional activity, events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in premium or luxury fashion (preferred 2+ years).
- Strong commercial orientation with a documented history of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished customer-facing manner.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country.

Education
