Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach, clienteling and CRM updates.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards; maintain floor readiness.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS, handle cash and card payments, and reconcile daily sales.
  • Receive, unpack and replenish inventory; perform stock counts and assist with inventory control.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures, store opening/closing tasks and ad-hoc operational duties.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional activity, events and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience in premium or luxury fashion (preferred 2+ years).
  • Strong commercial orientation with a documented history of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished customer-facing manner.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the hiring country.

Experience
