Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently elevated, personalised client experience that reflects Kate Spade New York brand standards and drives client loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling of accessories, handbags and apparel.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
- Execute visual merchandising directives to maintain compelling floor sets, window displays and product presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate brand stories and craftsmanship to clients.
- Support inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, tagging and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with store team on daily operations, training, and promotional events; contribute to a high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury, premium or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and clientelling metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
