Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, relationship-driven service to a discerning clientele and cultivate long-term clienteling through follow-up and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling of handbags, accessories, and seasonal product.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and tagging, and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to store operations including opening/closing, housekeeping, and adherence to corporate policies and compliance standards.
- Participate in client events, product launches and in-store promotions; mentor junior staff when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; at least 1 year within a premium or luxury brand strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering superior customer service in a retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work retail shift patterns.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in a luxury or premium fashion/accessories brand; experience with high-volume boutique environments and key performance indicator-driven selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, business or retail management preferred.
