Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, high-touch sales experience that reflects Kate Spade’s brand standards and aesthetic.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalised service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately; manage cash handling, payment processing and till reconciliation.
- Ensure merchandising displays, visual standards and product presentation are maintained to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control activities including stock rotation, receiving, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Execute store-level initiatives and events (product launches, private appointments) to drive footfall and conversion.

Qualifications
