Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized sales experience that reflects Kate Spade's luxury service standards and brand voice.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and after-sales service to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI metrics through consultative selling and effective conversion strategies.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain on-floor presentation to brand standards, ensuring product assortments are stocked and styled correctly.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and returns accurately while maintaining cash-handling integrity and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support stockroom operations including inventory control, receiving, replenishment and cycle counts to optimise availability and shrink management.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and product launches; collaborate with the store leadership team on promotional activities and client events.
  • Coach and mentor less-experienced colleagues when required and contribute to a collegial, service-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Right to work in the country of employment and ability to pass company-required background or reference checks.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary study in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
