- Support omnichannel fulfilment activities including click-and-collect, ship-from-store and in-store returns for online orders.
- Contribute to loss-prevention efforts, complete opening/closing duties and collaborate with store leadership on daily operations and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-quality customer service and sales in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills with experience using retail point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour appropriate for a premium brand.
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within a premium, contemporary or luxury fashion brand, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not required.
