Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and drive repeat business through active clienteling and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs; contribute to store revenue goals.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, exchanges and refunds, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation to brand guidelines.
- Manage stockroom operations including inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and maintain security and housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the store management team on promotional events, omnichannel fulfilment and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales record in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion accessories and handbags.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
- Professional presentation, excellent verbal communication skills, and customer-focused demeanour.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
