Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and drive repeat business through active clienteling and relationship management.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs; contribute to store revenue goals.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, exchanges and refunds, and manage cash handling procedures.

  • Manage stockroom operations including inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and maintain security and housekeeping standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
