Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised, relationship-driven client service to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, clienteling and cross-selling of Kate Spade product ranges.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including POS transactions, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain on-floor presentation to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Actively build and maintain a CRM database of client contacts and follow-up activities to drive omnichannel sales.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify opportunities for local marketing and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales record, ideally within accessible or premium/luxury fashion brands.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Numerical accuracy for cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the United States (or local jurisdiction) as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of customer-facing retail experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred. Demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational retail training is advantageous.
