Role & Responsibilities

- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, follow up on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet operational goals, support onboarding of new hires and assist with loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets.
- Proven clienteling experience and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-value customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or product training preferred.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in premium or luxury retail sales with a consistent track record of achieving targets and cultivating repeat clients; experience mentoring peers or leading on-shift is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or sales training a plus.
