Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and effective clienteling.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges while maintaining cash-handling best practices.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and floor resets to reflect brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure compliance with brand policies, health & safety and security guidelines.
- Support store leadership with training, onboarding of new hires and occasional coverage of supervisory duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable sales track record with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands, with a proven record of achieving sales objectives and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
