Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver impeccable, personalised client service that reflects the brand’s voice and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and conversion of foot traffic.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with seasonal directives.
  • Cultivate and maintain an active client database; perform outreach, follow-ups and appointment management.
  • Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment, receives, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, loss-prevention and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the store team to deliver a cohesive guest experience and contribute to a positive retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished client-facing presentation.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience handling cash and POS systems accurately.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
