Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership and peers to achieve store KPIs, support opening/closing procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Provide product expertise and after-sales service for handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear, escalating complex client requests to management as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales performance in retail, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and demonstrated clienteling ability.
  • Professional presentation and strong commercial awareness of fashion and luxury consumer behaviour.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and during peak seasonal periods.
  • Reliable numeracy for cash handling and basic transaction reconciliation.

Experience
