Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven retail environment, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a client book through active prospecting and follow-up.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to complete background checks where required.
