Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service that drives sales and deepens long‑term customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and product knowledge.
- Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, visual presentation and product replenishment.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and returns processing.
- Actively build and manage a client database and follow up on leads, appointments and after‑sales service.
- Support omni‑channel initiatives by facilitating ship‑from‑store, buy‑online‑pick‑up‑in‑store and returns.
- Contribute to inventory control, loss‑prevention procedures and daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales performance, preferably within luxury, premium or contemporary fashion.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards; able to maintain brand visual directives.
- High level of personal presentation consistent with a luxury brand environment.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or credentials in fashion, retail or hospitality are advantageous.
