Role & Responsibilities

- Manage stockroom activities including receiving, inventory control, stock rotation and loss-prevention practices.
- Support store events, private appointments and local community initiatives to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
- Collaborate with management on client lists, CRM records and targeted outreach campaigns to grow the customer database.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; previous luxury or boutique experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods as required by boutique operations.
- Right to work in the hiring country.

Education
