Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service and personalised clienteling to cultivate loyalty and maximise lifetime value.

  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage CRM records and follow-ups.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and implement floor moves to reflect campaign and merchandising directives.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving shipments and conducting cycle counts.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention procedures and ensure store presentation, housekeeping and compliance with brand policies.
  • Participate in store events, private client appointments and cross-selling initiatives with the team and management.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets; prior luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and CRM tools; strong numerical accuracy for transactions and reporting.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak season holidays.
  • Professional appearance and strong alignment with the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and service standards.

Experience
