Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service that reflects the Kate Spade brand and drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining strict cash-handling procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an immaculate boutique presentation in line with brand directives.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stock counts and loss-prevention best practices.
- Collaborate with store leadership and peers to optimise floor coverage, promotional execution and training activities.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM to support relationship management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or business advantageous.
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, typically 2+ years preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability including weekends, late shifts and holiday periods.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional deportment consistent with a luxury brand.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated success selling fashion accessories or luxury goods; prior experience in a boutique or department store environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant coursework in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
